It is almost impossible to imagine how many lives have been affected through St. Anne's 50 years of faith.  Damascus Help began at St. Anne's.  Widening Horizons became the basis of the activities of the Damascus Senior Center.   The Walker House has provided a safe home and a boost up in life for nine families.  Our youth have improved the living conditions of several families every time they have gone on a work mission.  The Damascus relief effort for victims of Hurricane Katrina was organized by St. Anne's people.   We have supported an orphanage in Hounduras for eleven years.   The sick and lonely have been surrounded by the warmth of prayer shawls.   Our Christmas, Lenten, and Easter offerings have gone to relieve the suffering of those in need in this country and around the world.   The hungry have been fed, the naked have been clothed.

Within the church family, members have been supported in times of sickness and grief; Christian education and nurture have been offered by our teachers and mentors; fellowship has been rich and varied; opportunities for service have been open to all.  Permeating all these activities and ministries are our worship and prayer, using the talents of children and adults alike in offering up our best to God.   When you next attend church, take a moment to contemplate all the good works being done through the grace of God.
